Z Ocean Hotel – South Beach

The Z Ocean Hotel South Beach is a four-story hotel development located on the world famous Ocean Drive in the South Beach district. The building includes 79 one-bedroom units (27 of which are penthouses), a swimming pool and spa on the second level, a fitness center, private rooftop terraces and parking accommodations for 88 cars. Each of the 27 penthouses has an eat-in kitchen and circular staircase leading to a private rooftop garden terrace with an outdoor hot tub. The development also includes a retail space along Collins Avenue, a restaurant and bar on Ocean Drive.
