Project Information

The Al Manhal Master Plan is an urban mixed-use re-development of a unique 164 acre (66.45 hectare) site at the heart of Abu Dhabi, holding significance as the former residence and gardens of the United Arab Emirate’s late ruler, Sheikh Zayed. The surrounding mostly residential area is integrated within the urban framework of Abu Dhabi, and is notable for its vehicular and pedestrian connectivity with its environment. Al Manhal has been selected as a pilot project for the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council’s sustainability guidelines for urban communities.
