Torre Begonias, 120 meters (394 feet) tall and with 26 floors, will be the tallest building in Lima when it opens soon. Located in the Central Financial District at the corner of Las Begonias and Paseo de La República, the tower is next to the Arquitectonica-designed Westin Hotel. The tower has an elliptical plan with cuts in the corners at its top.
Each of 24 floors of offices provides 1,200 SM (12,917 SF) of space. Torre Begonias is on a plaza and stands on a base of two floors housing commercial space, restaurants and a business center. It has seven underground levels with parking for 837 vehicles and 45 bicycles.
