Anna Caruso, AIA, LEED AP

With more than 25 years of expertise, Anna leads the technical coordination and project management for a variety of project types, including mixed-use, residential, corporate offices and hospitality. Notable projects include Hyde Midtown, Baccarat Residences the Wave Hotel at Lake Nona and the Miami Beach Convention Center Grand Hyatt Hotel.

Fidel Zabik, AIA

Fidel leverages 26 years of project experience with a knack for building client relationships, and a comprehensive skillset in the management of complex projects among a broad range of practice areas including mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality and cultural facilities. He has been instrumental in several of the firm’s prominent West Palm Beach projects that include One West Palm, Icon Marina Village and Forte on Flagler.

Raymond Fort, Associate AIA

Raymond is passionate about excellence in architectural design and delivering quality design. He is driven by opportunities to shape Miami and is committed to mentoring emerging architects in the firm. As a designer, his impact on the firm’s most notable projects includes Five Park, Mr. C Residences, The Standard, Ursa, Natiivo and the Dorsey.

Patrick Giannini

Patrick joined the firm in 2016 and in his design role, Patrick works with both the clients and consultants managing complex mixed-use and residential project demands to orchestrate a creative architectural solution. He has worked on projects such as The Residences at 1428 Brickell, St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles Beach, Ora by Casa Tua, 57 Ocean, and the Lake Nona Resort in Orlando.

Claire Imatani, Assoc. AIA

Claire is an experienced project manager whose portfolio of work includes mixed-use, multifamily residential, retail, and workplace projects. She draws on her 10 years of experience at Arquitectonica to facilitate project management and client relationships. Claire has been involved in all phases of project development, focusing on the design phases and project entitlements for The Austin, Vida, and University Gardens.

Ilon Keilson, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Ilon leads the efforts of design and field coordination throughout the construction process. With 19 years of experience, he has been paramount in the construction administration phase of projects, and strives to create environments where questions, answers, and ideas travel efficiently and effectively between all stakeholders. Projects Ilon has worked on include One Mission Bay, Olume, Linea, and MGM Harmon Marketplace.

Mario Macias, Intl. Assoc. AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Mario is a 17-year veteran of Arquitectonica and has been instrumental in project management and construction administration on some of the firm’s large-scale, transit-oriented, mixed-use, residential, hospitality, office, and retail projects. He worked on Regalia, Brickell Heights Residences, 57 Ocean, Mr. C Residences and the Mr. C Hotel.

Amy Newborn, AIA

Amy’s career at Arquitectonica spans 10 years. She has worked on a variety of project types including high-rise residential, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and academic. She possesses degrees in both architectural and environmental design and has experience in all facets of the design and construction process. Amy has been involved in the development of The Austin, Trinity Phases 3 and 4, and the Cipriani Residences.
