The new 748,975 SF (69,582 m2) City of Miami Administration Building is an 8-story, 436,345 SF (40,538 m2) office development located on a 2.1-acre (0.85 hectares) site within Miami Freedom Park, a 130-acre (52.61 hectares) mixed-use development that features the professional soccer stadium for MLS Inter Miami CF and adjacent to the site will be a new 58-acre (23.47 hectares) public park near Miami International Airport, offering an active space for the community. This city’s new headquarters will consolidate offices from both Miami Riverside and City Hall at Coconut Grove into one central location, enhancing interaction between city staff and the public. The building includes a 312,630 SF (29,044 m2) 11-story garage with 889 parking spaces; 179 of which are EV-capable.

Arquitectonica designed the master plan for Miami Freedom Park, as well as the architecture and interior design for the new Administration Building. Arquitectonica GEO designed the landscape for the new Administration Building and the conceptual design for the 58-acre (23.47 hectares) public park.
