Make-A-Wish Foundation Southern Florida Headquarters Breaks Ground

Wishes do come true! On October 6, The local chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation broke ground on its new regional headquarters for Make-A-Wish Southern Florida in Miami, which will also house the Finker-Frenkel Wish House.

“It is a dream come true to break ground on the Finker-Frenkel Wish House and bring our vision for the wish experience to life,” said Norman Wedderburn, President and CEO of Make-A-Wish Southern Florida. “Our goal is to bring hope and love to these children and their families as they walk through the halls of the new wish granting headquarters.”

As a long-standing board member and proud supporter of the Foundation, Arquitectonica’s Principal and Miami Office Director, Sherri Gutierrez, is personally involved in the project and is looking forward to seeing all the wonderful smiles the facility will bring to the children when completed in 2023.
