1212 Aventura is a 12-story, mixed-use senior living community is designed to highlight the current trends in building a sound and well-rounded living experience for seniors in the newly developed Medical District of Aventura. Planned for Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care residents, 1212 Aventura includes 167 luxury units, 39 doctors’ offices, 26,000 SF of retail which includes various dining options.
