Aire Dubai
Aire Dubai stretches 69 stories towards the sky and is set to become the latest landmark in Dubai’s iconic skyline. Arquitectonica’s design was inspired by transforming a static square into a dynamic facade incorporating curves and asymmetry, allowing the tower to optimize a high percentage of natural light, while each terrace provides each other shade with sweeping views of the city, Burj Khalifa and the Persian Gulf.
At its peak, terraces morph into cascading gardens, resembling sky villas. The podium features a clubhouse with a striking pool deck, and an exclusive sky club at the tower’s upper levels with additional private amenities. Currently under construction, Aire Dubai is a new urban oasis that will contribute to Dubai’s growing cityscape.
