Alba

Alba is an 20-story, high-end residential development in Singapore that is designed to be a new architectural icon for the city’s urban fabric. Typical floors have only three units per floor, and the Y-shaped plan helps elevate the units to the maximum allowable height and provides maximum views. Each unit will feature private lift and foyer areas, open plan living and dining space, a study with separate client entrance from the foyer, powder rooms, wet kitchens, laundry area, and maid’s room with bathrooms. it can be seen how a careful response to the program and site allows the development of a design which is not only commercially viable, but also architecturally memorable. It is through this melding of function and aesthetics that a new residential experience for the city is created.
