Fendi Chateau is a 12-story luxury condominium project in the Town of Surfside, Florida. The building features 60 exclusive through units with breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. An undulating terrace wraps each floor in a shady walk-around veranda that protects the glass from the sun as in traditional Florida homes. Glass balustrades form horizontal bands which change from floor to floor, thus creating a sculpture that embodies the feeling of ocean waves and breezes coming toward the beach.
