Five Park is the next landmark to rise in Miami Beach. The 48-story, 857,000 SF residential tower contains 280 units, 15,000 SF of retail, and a 553-car parking garage. At 519 feet, the tower will be the tallest building in Miami Beach with views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay and PortMiami. The building’s amenities include a co-working space with private offices, meeting rooms, a children’s learning lab and teen club, a movie screening room, two pools, a sunset terrace, state-of-the art fitness and spa, pool bar and café.

The tower overlooks Canopy Park, a 3-acre public park designed by ArquitectonicaGEO. The Park includes native tree species and is subdivided into a botanical garden, dog park, fitness area, event lawn, art pavilion and kids’ zone. The Park is designed with an integrated resiliency system to address sea level rise and mitigate storm water flooding, cool the urban heat island effect, reduce energy and water use, and provide critical habitat support for wildlife in the fragmented ecosystem. There is also a private 2-acre park for residents.

Five Park will be a beacon for locals and provide direct access to the marina and Baywalk via an artistic pedestrian bridge designed by artist Daniel Buren. The bridge spans over the MacArthur Causeway, becoming the new gateway to the City of Miami Beach.
