Located next to SM Megamall in downtown, this LEED BD+C Gold Certified landmark is designed with 112,000 m2 of Class-A office space. The transit-oriented development serves as a gateway to the Ortigas Central Business District and represents the next step in the architectural evolution of the Megamall masterplan. The client’s requirement for an efficient and functional floorplate with a sleek design led to the concept for an undulating s-shaped tower and an iconic addition to the city’s skyline.
