Paramount Bay
Paramount Bay is a 910,000 SF (84,500m2) mixed-use development located at 2066 Biscayne Boulevard. The intent of the development was to contribute to the pedestrian-friendly Edgewater neighborhood set forth by the Edgewater Overlay District zoning by enhancing the urban character of the neighborhood with the proposed massing distribution and by providing residential, retail, restaurant, fitness and recreational amenities to the residents as well as the neighborhood residents, tourists and commercial visitors.
