Situated on the edge of the East River, directly across from the United Nations Plaza, the project comprises seven apartment towers on a 22-acre waterfront site including 13.5 acres of parks, streets and other public spaces. The development includes 3,000 apartment units in buildings ranging in height from 7 to 35 stories. The development also includes 5,500 SF of retail and restaurants, a fitness center, meeting rooms and full amenities. The giant 60-by-100-foot red Pepsi-Cola sign that has blazed over the East River since 1936 was re-erected on a new parking garage, still facing the United Nations headquarters across the river as it has for decades.
