SLS Harbour Beach Hotel and Residences
The SLS Harbour Beach is a phased, multi-building beachfront development comprised of a hotel and residential tower, 4 residential towers, 12 townhouses, clubhouse and amenities buildings, and a Crystal Lagoon. The mixed-use development includes 642 residential units and hotel rooms. Arquitectonica designed the master plan and the architecture. Phase I includes the SLS Hotel and Residences which is comprised of two towers totaling 236 residential units and 36 hotel rooms. In the master plan a total of 614 units will be constructed.
