Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences + The Spirit of Saigon
The One is a 162,400sqm world-class, mixed-use development located on the south side of Ben Thanh Square, the symbolic heart of Ho Chi Minh City. The One will stand 224 meters tall when completed and feature two, sleek towers connected by a 58,400sqm multi-level retail podium.
The project comprises a 37,400sqm 250-room Ritz Carlton Hotel; 17,800sqm of Grade-A offices in the 55-storey West Tower, and 58,400sqm luxury apartments with 350 units in the 48-storey East Tower. The One will integrate within the existing urban context and planned infrastructure to provide a signature skyline for the city, and a destination for the people of Ho Chi Minh City. The architectural form reflects the two symbolic dragons of Vietnam rising from the heart of the city.
