The St. Regis Residences
Currently under construction are two 62-story towers, with each rising 750 feet, making them the tallest in Sunny Isles. The development includes a total of 336 luxury residential units, two restaurants, and 70,000 square feet of amenities.
There will be 53,372 square feet of photovoltaic glass installed on the west façade of the development – enough to generate 530,000 kilowatt hours from the sun per year, while also reducing infrared radiation.
