Arquitectonica Headquarters
Arquitectonica headquarters is located in the heart of Coconut Grove, Florida which is approximately five miles southwest of downtown Miami. The structure is blanketed by large, warehouse style operable windows and views to the interior courtyard.
Arquitectonica’s contemporary design of this two-story office building creates a look comprised of exposed masonry and concrete. The entry way to the office and courtyard uses varying geometries of brick patterns to accentuate the coloration in the rustic-toned window frames. The interior conference room spaces have beautiful Honduran mahogany walls juxtaposed with polished concrete floors and exposed spiral duct work and drywall. In keeping with the industrial language of the structure, Arquitectonica emphasized the exposed spiral duct work to reiterate the technical aspect of the work within.
