Arquitectonica designed a cutting-edge first impression for guests and visitors by developing linear waterwall which sets the tone for the curvilinear lobby space. The tower rises from a man-made plateau that serves to conceal the parking garage below and provides a unique setting for the amenities. It also raises the lowest apartment level to an elevation that captures the views and separates it from the street activity, to create a secluded amenities enclave.
