NoMad Residences Wynwood, the debut residential project by NoMad Hotels, is comprised of 329 studio, one, and two-bedroom residences, alongside 18,400 SF of commercial space and a 200-space parking garage all on a 1.25 acre site. The 378,000 SF design embraces the vibrant and art-driven ethos of Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. Enhancing the community experience at ground level is Casa Tua Cucina, an Italian eatery with an expansive open kitchen. Additional amenities include a pool deck, indoor/outdoor fitness center, NoMad Library and rooftop lounge, card room, private dining room, and co-working space.
