Arquitectonica Crafts Joseph Hotel in Nashville

The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville will open its doors next week, on August 25th, in the heart of the city’s SoBro district. The latest outpost from family-owned real estate development firm the Pizzuti Companies was crafted by Miami-based Arquitectonica with a contemporary ethos that emphasizes luxury.

Spread across 21 stories, the 297-room property showcases a range of floorplans and spacious interior environments. An abundance of artwork adds character and prompts engagement in public and private spaces. A restaurant and bar is housed on the first floor, while the Rose spa, an expansive fitness center, and a vibrant rooftop pool and bar rounds out the onsite amenities. The Joseph Hotel also features nearly 26,000 square feet of versatile event space, including a wraparound terrace on the hotel’s eighth floor.
