May 22, 2020

Located on a 10-acre site on Hallandale Beach Blvd. overlooking Gulfstream Racetrack, the first phase of Oasis Hallandale has broken ground. When completed the 1.2 million SF mixed-use development will include two 25-story residential towers with a total of 500 units, retail and restaurants and 1,486 parking spaces in a multi-level garage. The commercial portion of the project consist of five buildings includes 60,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, and 35,000 square feet of office space.

The mixed-use nature of the program embodies the principles of environmentally friendly planning encouraging residents to walk rather than drive to shop, dine or work. Along Hallandale Beach Blvd. the two residential buildings flank the entrance to the new district. They line the boulevard to create an urban edge activated by shops and restaurants. Its upper levels bring to Hallandale creative office space.

Broad sidewalks and streetscapes invite outdoor dining and strolling under lush tropical greenery designed by ArqGEO.

The project introduces a new dimension of urban and luxury living to the area and will be Hallandale’s first mixed-use destination. An elevated amenities deck for condo residents include a golf simulator, indoor and outdoor movie theaters, a kids’ room, fitness center, yoga lawn, Ping-Pong room, mini soccer field, barbecue area, fire pit, pet area, splash pad for kids, and two beach entry pools with cabanas.
