Onda Breaks Ground

Described as a house on the water by Arquitectonica’s Principal, Bernardo Fort-Brescia, Onda has officially broken ground. Listen in as Bernardo describes the inspiration for the design behind the 8-story boutique luxury condominium.

Onda which means “Wave” in Italian is designed with broad terraces that define the facade and provide outdoor living as part of the lifestyle. The terraces curve and flow parallel to the water. They subtly add depth and movement to the facade making it more sculptural. With more than 300 feet of bay frontage, the 41-unit development will have waterfront Biscayne Bay views and access to the ocean as a “boater’s dream” due to private 14-slip marina. Wellness is now synonymous luxury living. Onda features a full private spa and treatment area, steam and sauna rooms, yoga room and a modern gym.
