The project site is located on a corner lot bounded by Folsom Street to the north, Harrison Street to the south, Hawthorne Street to the east, Third Street to the west, and within the South of Market neighborhood. It involves a new 14-story, 89,000 SF building with 89 units, 2,300 SF for ground-floor commercial space along Folsom Street, and a below-grade parking garage for 36 vehicles. Since the area is highly trafficked by bicycles 97 bicycle parking spaces are available. The residential units located on floors two through 14 would be accessed from a residential lobby located on Hawthorne Street. Additionally, there be usable open space located on a rooftop terrace.
