Aria on the Bay is a 51-story luxury waterfront residential condominium tower in the Arts and Entertainment District of downtown Miami. The building sits on a trapezoidal site linking the bay and Margaret Pace Park with a new park to the west. The tower is positioned along the northern edge to create a raised courtyard between it and its neighbor to the south. The ceremonial entrance to the building is along the avenue, this allows the frontage on the park to be set aside for restaurants with terraces for outdoor dining that overlook Biscayne Bay. The tower rises east to west showing its narrow profile to the bay and the city. Two blocks north of the Adrienne Arsht Center, Aria on the Bay’s semi-circular balconies make reference to those inside the classic opera houses. They playfully stagger creating a series of cylinders in performance. The arrangement could also be interpreted as a musical score or a series of curves dancing to a tune.

The tower features a collection of triplex penthouses that span the building’s top three stories. It also includes 647 condo units, ground floor retail and structured parking for 843 cars. Aria on the Bay boasts a 14th-floor amenity deck with two swimming pools, jacuzzi, private spa, fitness center and yoga studio. Further amenities include an indoor/outdoor bar and entertainment lounge, screening and game room, library and a business center. The project also features 10,000 square feet of commercial space on the lower floors. The property is adjacent to Margaret Pace Park, providing residents with access to the park’s jogging paths, biking trails, tennis and basketball courts, picnic and playground areas, as well as daily yoga and fitness classes.
