A massive mixed-use, luxury waterfront development with residential, hotel, food and beverage venues on a 4-acre site where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay. The 3,906,180 SF (363,030 m2) development includes towers ranging from 84, 72 and 43 floors and comprised of 1,383 Baccarat-branded residential units. The phase three 84-story tower will include 525 residential units and a 105-key Baccarat Hotel.
Amenities will contain a fitness center, business hub, pool, waterfront restaurant, landscaped waterfront promenade and private marina, and structured parking for up to 1,800 cars.
