Cipriani Residences Miami features three high-rise buildings of 80, 59, and 50 stories with the tallest tower reaching 939 feet, all designed to occupy an entire block in the Brickell District. This will be the Cipriani brand’s first ever ground-up tower accommodating 397 units ranging from one- to four-bedroom residences. Comparable to their hotel brand Mr. C, Cipriani Residences Miami references nautical and Venetian architecture. The imagery of Italian luxury yacht design is transformed into urban architecture providing a sculptural gateway to Brickell’s commercial and entertainment hubs.
Resort-style amenities including two swimming pools and a sun terrace with landscape architecture designed by ArquitectonicaGEO, a fitness center, spa, pickleball court, golf simulator, Cipriani’s signature bar and private dining rooms. Within the tower, all units are served by private elevators and orient east, north and south. The spacious units feature luxury details from kitchens to bathrooms to general comfortable dimensions throughout.
