EDITION Residences Miami is a 3-tower development in Miami’s Edgewater district. The EDITION rises 56 stories high, reaching 649 feet (198 meters) and encompassing 750,150 SF (69,700 m2) with 187 residential units. The tower includes a 13-level parking garage for 971 cars.

Each residence offers panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach, complemented by a coastal veranda. Amenities line the bayfront, while upper levels host a western deck with a lap pool and sports fields. Residents enjoy a fitness center, private elevators, and an exclusive bay-facing clubroom.

Inspired by the bay, the design features a crystalline prism shape evoking sleek sailboats, with distinct moon-inspired profiles at its corners. This shape transition creates a unique visual, especially at the north corner, forming a vertical quarter moon—an nod to the bay’s allure.
