At first sight the tower feels daring and maybe even whimsical when in fact it is a monument to rationality. If a tower is a village turned sideways and upward, this is a tower of three neighborhoods.
In this era of technology, this design challenges gravity and announces the triumph of man. The tower grows larger as it reaches up to the skies with more area exposed to the views. It narrows at the base to create larger open spaces.
