The newest mixed-use office development, Forum Aventura, is a 13-story office condo tower packed with amenities and features like a Terrace Park/Sky Lounge with outdoor meeting space and 360-degree views. The 110,000 SF building includes best of class office space, integrated smart technology, ground floor retail and ample parking. The 5,000 SF lobby boasts a 30-foot ceiling and artwork created by Mariano Ferrante. ArquitectonicaINTERIORS is the interior designer and worked closely with Ferrante to coordinate the spaces along with the artwork throughout the building. Each floor has 14-foot tall ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. There is a proposed Tri-Rail Aventura Station within walking distance.
