What Time Warner Center did for Columbus Circle, MiMA and Yotel are doing for the Middle of Manhattan. Arquitectonica designed the iconic MiMa and Yotel at New York’s famous 42nd Street. The mixed-use development consists of a 57-story residential tower, a 24-story hotel tower, three Off-Broadway theatres, with restaurants and retail on the ground floor. The residential tower consists of 614 rental units plus 140 condominiums, and the hotel will be 640 rooms. Condominium owners and rental residents enjoy their own separate lobbies. The LEED Gold certified transit-oriented development has direct access to the ‘7 Line’ of the New York MTA subway system. More than 45,000 SF of amenities including, fireside lounge, landscaped terraces, state-of-the-art fitness center by Equinox with indoor lap pool, basketball and volleyball courts, private screening room, entertainment lounges, and a business center.
