Miranova Place is a 610,000 SF mixed-use development that includes a 260,000 SF office building and a 350,000 SF, 113-unit condominium tower. At 314 FT high, this 26-story condominium tower is the tallest residential tower in the state of Ohio today. The development includes a 530-vehicle parking garage for the office building and a 240-vehicle parking garage for the residential tower.
