The Project involves the design and construction of a state-of-the-art, luxury residential development, including support and clubhouse facilities on a 2,540sqm site at No.1, Sai Wan Terrace, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. The site is hilly, irregular in shape and is located near City Plaza, between Tai Koo and Sai Wan Ho MTR stations. An efficiency conscious, sustainable design is intended with a contemporary, progressive exterior language that responds to the Client’s progressive marketing plan. A multiple tower design may be considered with club, building services, management facilities and covered car-parking located at the base of the development. The entrance lobby shall be two stories tall.
