Mr. C Residences – Coconut Grove
The Mr. C Residences are two nautically inspired towers that appear to sail toward Biscayne Bay. Curvilinear geometries frame the linear balconies that overlook the marinas, the city skyline, and the lush tree canopy of Coconut Grove. From exterior to interior, the design and materials of the 20-story, 108-unit luxury residential towers was inspired by classic yacht design. A monumental curvilinear frame surrounds the facades of the building in a form like a sail that has just captured a gust. Wood is carried from the balconies of the club levels and into the common areas and inside the units themselves. The design intends to evoke the feeling of living on a yacht with the added conveniences of living the city.
This Cipriani Family development will be the first branded stand-alone Mr. C Residences offering 5-star hotel-like amenities that include a variety of dining options, private Bellini bar on the pool deck, club pool with sundeck, garden-level lap pool, signature spa, Peloton studio, high-tech fitness center with lounge and juice bar, indoor yoga studio, business lounge, teen game lounge, kid’s playroom dubbed “Little C’s”, billiards room, and a library. The interiors and amenity spaces channel the nautical tradition that gives Coconut Grove its charm. Two of the penthouses will offer private expansive rooftops with pools. The ground-floor on the bayside will have retail space and multiple dining options.
