Sheraton Nice International Airport Hotel
This new hotel for the Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport opened in 2022. The 273,300 SF (25,400 m2) mixed-use development includes a 123,700 SF (11,500 m2) 230-key, 4-star Sheraton airport hotel including a meeting center, restaurant, fitness center, swimming pool and spa. The development also includes a 33,360 SF (3,100 m2) residential building dedicated to certain State Airport Services, a 107,600 SF (10,000 m2) office building, 8,600 SF (800 m2) of retail and a two-level parking structure for 350 cars. The development is Green Key certified.
