The SLS Lux complex is comprised of three mixed-use towers: the SLS Lux tower on the east block and the two Brickell Heights towers on the west block. SLS Lux is located in the heart of Brickell, neighboring Brickell City Centre’s high end retail and restaurants, also designed by Arquitectonica. The 1,074,000 SF (99,778 m2), 57-story tower contains 450 luxury condominiums that feature private elevators and rooftop pool terraces, 12 penthouse residences on the top three floors, 84 hotel rooms, a ground floor restaurant and cocktail lounge, and a parking structure for 1000 cars.
