FIU Student Housing | The One at University City
This off-campus student housing development is situated on a 2-acre (0.8-hectare) site across the street from the northern edge of Florida International University’s main campus. Phase 1 of the development is currently under construction and is 580,000 SF (53,900 m2) including 868 units with 1,244 beds on 20 floors to be leased by Florida International University students. The development also includes an amenities podium with a large swimming pool, convenience store, sidewalk cafe, bicycle storage and parking structure for 650 cars. There is also a rooftop pool and amenities area on the top of the southern wing of the building.
