Torre del Parque

Torre del Parque is a 10-story, 294,000 SF, mixed-use office building in the heart of the Financial Center of San Isidro. The building includes several levels of underground parking and a lush rooftop garden terrace for events and other social gatherings. Starting at street level commercial retail space occupies the first two floors with eight floors of office space above to one end of the building. The two levels of retail space creates the base for the rooftop terrace and as the office floors escalate in height, the floor plates increase in area creating an incline plane over the rooftop terrace for increased protection from the elements.
