Wiese Headquarters
Torre Wiese is a 19-story, 387,500 SF (36,000 SM) office building designed to accommodate multiple corporate tenants. Completed in 2001, the overall building design includes a banking lobby, corporate offices, executive meeting rooms, a 300-seat auditorium, a corporate museum, cafeteria, executive dining rooms, a heliport and a 6-level underground parking garage for 450 cars. In addition to the building facade and overall layout, Arquitectonica was also responsible for the design of all interior spaces.
