Arquitectonica designed the master plan and architecture for this 786,000 SF mixed-use development which includes a 4-star, 350-room, 269,000 SF Radisson Blu hotel with 7,530 SF of meeting space. The development also includes the Zendai Forum/Thumb Plaza, a large, low-rise outdoor shopping mall with 517,000 SF of retail; and parking for 557 cars, with 40 above ground and 517 below ground. The arrangement of the various buildings and iconic forms of the shops present the visitor with a pleasant shopping experience while maintaining a comprehensible orientation to the surroundings.
