City of Miami Administration Building
The new City of Miami Administration Building is designed to be an 8-story, 382,600 SF (35,544 m2) office development located on a 2.1-acre site within Miami Freedom Park, a 130-acre park and mixed-use development that will also feature a professional soccer stadium for Inter Miami CF and adjacent to the site will be a new 58-acre public park near Miami International Airport, offering an active space for the community. The City of Miami’s new headquarters will consolidate offices from both Miami Riverside and City Hall at Coconut Grove into one central location, enhancing interaction between city staff and the public. The building will include an 11-story garage with 889 parking spaces; 179 of which will be EV-capable.
Arquitectonica designed the master plan for Miami Freedom Park, as well as the architecture and interior design for the new Administration Building. Arquitectonica GEO designed the landscape for Miami Freedom Park and the new Administration Building.
