Arquitectonica designed this 800,000 SF luxury high-rise development on a 2.2-acre beachfront site in Sunny Isles. The 50-story tower affords spectacular ocean views for every unit and includes 5 penthouses – one PH per floor – in the top 5 floors. Penthouses range from 7,400 to 14,000 SF each. The development includes 212 units with generous balcony space; spa and fitness center; beach bar & grille; business center with conference room; multiple swimming pools; amenities on the 1st, 4th and 32nd floors; and structured parking for 416 cars.
Arquitectonica Interiors designed the luxurious spa, spa suites and fitness center. ArquitectonicaGEO designed the lush landscaping and pool decks.
