Discover Five Park: Miami Beach’s tallest building

Five Park is now complete – the 48-story residential tower rises 519 feet becoming the tallest building in Miami Beach. The building overlooks Canopy Park, a 3-acre public park designed by ArquitectonicaGEO which opened to the public in 2023.

Five Park’s Award-Winning Year for Design Excellence

Five Park earned two major honors celebrating its architectural influence in Miami Beach. The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) named the project the 2025 Best Tall Building, Americas – Award of Excellence. South Florida Business Journal’s annual Structures Awards also announced the 2025 Best Architecture/Design Award. Together, these recognitions underscore Five Park’s lasting mark on the Miami Beach skyline and its integration with local community.
