Arquitectonica is known for creating clear, thoughtful design solutions and is a leader in the design of convention and conference centers, sports arenas and stadiums, hotels as well as entertainment and cultural venues. Our ability to master plan, program and seamlessly integrate our architectural designs into the existing fabric of the community has allowed Arquitectonica to produce sustainable and award-winning projects on a global scale.
Miami Beach Convention Center Redevelopment
Having developed the existing Miami Beach Convention Center expansion master plan, as well as being involved in the $642 million redevelopment of the center, our team has unmatched experience understanding the local issues, design constraints, concerns from neighbors and internal City goals. Currently the firm is working on the 800-room Grand Hyatt Convention Center Hotel, which is adjacent to the convention center.
Kaseya Center - Miami Heat
Arquitectonica has designed athletics facilities at both the university and professional level. Notably, the firm was the design architect for both the Miami Heat arena in Miami and the State Farm Arena in Atlanta. Currently, the firm is engaged in the master plan, design and development of Major League Soccer’s Inter Miami CF stadium which will be anchored by a large mixed-use entertainment district.
The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas
Mixing hospitality and entertainment, Arquitectonica design of the $1.5 billion Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino highlights the firm’s ability deliver award-winning designs. The building merged the concept of luxury condo-hotel with equally luxurious hotel, retail, gaming, and meeting space development. As the first truly urban development along the strip, the building architecture is not based on a place or period in history. Instead, it was designed as modern glass sculptures, prisms that twist and fold engaging the sidewalk while defining a skyline like none other in Las Vegas.
Dennis C. Moss Cultural Arts Center
The firm has designed a wide range of building types including performing arts centers, museums, and cultural centers, such as the Dennis C. Moss Cultural Arts Center, the East Los Angeles College Performing Arts & Cultural Campus, and the Irvine Valley College Performing Arts Center. Arquitectonica and H3, the wholly owned cultural and performing arts studio of Arquitectonica, have collectively designed more than 100 performing arts projects including Lincoln Center Theater and the famed Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
